Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Thank you for respecting this policy.
Upgrades
Lien Packages:
If you purchased our $299 limited lien package, and later decide you need the $499 package, you may upgrade as follows:
Log in to lienonme.us.
Go to your Account Page.
Select Subscriptions and then Change Plan.
When upgrading to the $499 plan, you will be charged a prorated amount (typically $200).
Memberships:
If you purchased the Monthly Membership, and later decide you want to change to the Yearly Membership, you may change memberships as follows:
Log in to my.lienonme.us
Go to the top-right corner of your Contractor Country homepage, and click on your profile photo
Select Membership —> Subscriptions
Select Change Plan and select the Yearly Membership plan
Cancellations
While refunds are not available for our Contractor Country membership program, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you’ll have access to your membership until your renewal date.
You may cancel membership as follows:
Log in to my.lienonme.us
Go to the top-right of your homepage and click on your profile photo
Select Membership —> Subscriptions
Select Cancel
