Refunds

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Upgrades

If you purchased our $299 Essential Notice & Demand Letter package, and later decide you need the $499 Lien Qualification & Case Review package, you may upgrade. You will be charged a prorated amount (typically $200).

Cancellations

While refunds are not available for our construction lien packages, you can cancel your lien pursuit at anytime.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to guarantee your 100% satisfaction, and we will work to ensure that you’re happy with your lien packages.
